Account and Data Deletion

If you want to delete your Tennish account link information and server-stored reports, you can schedule deletion inside the app.

How to Delete in the App

1. Open the Tennish iPhone app.
2. Go to the MY tab.
3. In the account connection area, tap "Delete Account".
4. In the confirmation dialog, select "Schedule Account Deletion".

30-Day Recovery Period

When account deletion is scheduled, local records on the iPhone app are deleted immediately and the app signs out. Server-stored account link information, analysis reports, session records, and APNs device tokens remain recoverable for 30 days. If you sign in again with the same Apple or Google account within 30 days, the deletion schedule is canceled and your previous reports can be synced again.

Data Deleted

• Apple/Google/Firebase account link information
• Server reports connected to the Tennish internal user ID
• APNs device tokens
• Server session records

Automatically Deleted Data

Raw .lapbatch files are automatically deleted from AWS S3 raw storage after 7 days. Analysis reports and account link information for a deletion-scheduled account become eligible for automatic deletion after the 30-day recovery period.

If You Cannot Access the App

If you cannot access the app or account deletion does not work properly, contact us at tennish.app@gmail.com . Minimum information required for legal compliance, security incident investigation, or dispute response may be retained for the necessary period.
