1. Scope

These Terms apply to the Tennish mobile app and related server features. By using Tennish, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service

Tennish analyzes tennis activity data recorded with Apple Watch and provides reports including swing classification, estimated speed, estimated spin, play style, and coach comments.

3. Guest Use and Account Linking

• Users can record with Watch, use server analysis, and view iPhone reports as a guest.
• Guest records may not be recoverable if the app is deleted, the device is changed, or data is reset.
• Connecting an Apple or Google account allows server-stored reports to be restored by account.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account information secure.

4. Nature of Analysis Results

• Tennish analysis results are estimates based on Apple Watch sensor data.
• Estimated speed, estimated spin, swing classification, scores, and coach comments are for reference and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
• Tennish does not provide medical, rehabilitation, professional coaching, or safety diagnosis services.
• If you experience pain, injury, or unusual symptoms during exercise, stop using the app and seek professional advice.

5. User Responsibilities

• Users should exercise in a safe location and check their surroundings.
• Users must not use Tennish in a way that infringes the rights, privacy, or service stability of others.
• Users must not attempt to abuse or bypass server, API, authentication, or notification features.

6. Data Storage and Deletion

Tennish data processing and retention are described in the Privacy Policy. Raw .lapbatch files are automatically deleted after 7 days, while analysis reports may be connected to an account for record restoration. For account and data deletion, see the deletion information.

7. Notifications

If the user allows notifications, Tennish may send service-related notifications such as analysis completion or report arrival. Users can change notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

8. Service Changes and Interruptions

Tennish may change or temporarily suspend service features for improvements, security, or operational reasons. Cloud service, network, Apple, or Google service issues may delay or limit some features.

9. Intellectual Property

Rights in the Tennish app, design, analysis logic, report format, brand, and content belong to Tennish or their lawful owners. Users may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially use them beyond personal app use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tennish may limit liability for exercise outcomes, injuries, data input errors, network failures, third-party service failures, or inaccuracies in analysis results.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated due to service changes or legal changes. Important changes will be announced through the app or this website.
